There was a lot of good basic information in here... But while working through these videos, I was trying to set up a slightly different type of pipeline, and was not able to do it, so I am a little frustrated.

Fair intro into YAML and Azure DevOps. It needs some updating as AD has changed from the format in this course.

So far it was covering basics and was simple to understand, would suggest the trainer to make more focus on screens shared. He should maximize the screen (browser) at the time of present. use tools to zoom relevant points or sections.

The material covered is sufficient as a beginner course. I do realize that English is not his first language, which would be a good reason to script out the content. He spends a lot of time fumbling for the right words to use and sometimes gets lost doing so. This makes it not so clear about he is saying at times. Lots of time spent to end up saying very little in the end.

This course uses the classical pipelines as a basis and builds from that, uses it as example for the YAML pipelines. I would create a graphic that shows the desired pipeline and work from that. I would also update this course and leave the classic pipeline out. I'd make that a chapter about how to migrate from classic to YAML. Besides these suggestions, it's still a good course to get up and running with YAML pipelines. It's clear, has an easy to follow outline.

It will be more helpful If the explanation is more detailed, why you use this command in the YAML files and how to create one from scratch rather than creating one with the classic editor help. it will be more clear on most of the topics related to YAML
