This course is ideal for a COMPLETE Beginners. It’s a short course, he is straight to the point and has camera view of 2 different angels so that was helpful. He only focuses on the back, so if you’re looking for pain relief in other areas of the body this course will not offer that. If he has a more advanced cupping course I would consider taking it.
