First course on this platform. Introductory material has been marginally useful. More case-study like material would be useful. The Audio component is frustrating at times. Would prefer to be able to read at my own pace and click through slides as I complete each section.

I am a self employed person and work alone. A lot of this was for larger businesses. There was a lot of interesting information in this one hour course. I will go through the course again. I did have some difficulty in understanding the narrator and ended up muting the voice and reading the text her was voicing.

The content was fine, but the presenter read the material very quickly (rather than teaching it) and his accent was so pronounced that he can be hard to understand at times.

The presenter is rushing through the content in a blase and monotonous manner. I could have easily have wikipediaed the content and did not need to pay money for it. I am soooo disappointed. Complete waste of my money!!!
