This is my second course from Mr. Lawrence Miller. I really enjoyed the first "Management Skills Training for New & Experienced Managers" and I am now overwhelmed by the information, skills, and organizational structure Mr. Miller presented in this course. He is straight to the point, with no unnecessary talking and wasting time, gradually involving you to THINK about your organization, your current skills, and your team members. The product of this thinking and analyzing is improving attitude, improving knowledge, improving skills, and last but not least improving yourself as a manager and as a person.

I like the real facts presentation that is included. The Lesson attachments help a lot to start off if one has already not implemented the suggested documentation. A good course overall.

Slow getting going but very relevant and practical, with lots of actionable things you can do, once you get deeper into the course. Middle section is a general best practices for managers and team effectiveness.

What I loved the most of this course was the teacher is savvy on the course matter and is able to make the parallel between theory and practical application of knowledge in real world scenarios. The way the course is presented is clear and objective, the only thing I would improve would be to introduce some more dynamic on it. Always having the teacher talking can be hard to follow on some more dense parts of it.

This course is jam packed of excellent graphics and materials. Larry is full of valuable information and he greatly delivered it. A substantial part of the course had nothing to do with teams being hybrid in specific. These were generic - applicable in most if not all circumstances. And very little of the coverage was unique. The trainer did not make it easier - a penchant to start giggling every so often is just plain irritating.
