The course explains the principles of health and leadership and then builds on the fundamental knowledge in more depth which is good for those who do not have any experience in leadership and health. The case study poses real-life challenges which leaders may face especially when starting to incorporate health into their leadership style. The questions require research that points you in the right direction for learning more about health and leadership techniques and gives a mind map on how to create and manage health policies, how to manage biases from other managers/employees in your organizations, how you as the leader can boost your health, and how to use multiple methods to create a sustainable health culture in your organization. I have seen one or two reviews about the sound quality but I did not have any problems in that department, as the quality of the videos and audio were fine, either way, the transcript and captions are both available and accurate for all of the lectures. All of the earnings from this course will go to a charity in the field of health which is very kind and thoughtful of the instructors. The best part of the course for me is the interactions in the Q&A section with the instructors and other students which leads to discussing the course material, and current health challenges, and gives you a better perspective on how to create and maintain a healthy workplace. So I greatly encourage you to post and reply to others in the Q&A to get the most from this course. In conclusion, I really enjoyed this course, and I think it is worth the purchase, as you will learn a lot, have direct interactions with the instructors and other leaders/professionals in various fields who are passionate about the subject, and donate to charity all in one.
