What you will learn

They will learn the powerful techniques of the Baji

Description

In this course you will learn six powerful techniques, coming from the Baji Quan. This stile developed from the Shaolin focuses in strong strikes usually associated to a tank that moves straight and passes trough the opponent. In the old age this style was thought to the Emperor's guard because of its power.
In the Wu Tao System we learn this maneuver to understand the strikes in the shaolin too, and because our goal is to become Shaolin Warriors, able to defeat an enemy with one strike.

Mostly warmups mixed with technique instruction- A good course for a workout; he's an excellent trainer, just keep in mind that this class doesn't cover nuance as much for technique

The quality of camera footage is very good and the basic strikes are reviewed and are well demonstrated, to note before each strike is shown there is a standard workout
