The teacher definitely knows kundalini yoga. The problem is that if you do an introduction and you take Mula Bandha and dozens of other things for granted, you are not doing an introduction. The two lessons in the course, totaling less than a dozen exercises, are overpriced

Thomas erklärt die Übungen sehr gut und detailliert mit einer Menge an Hintergrundwissen. Nachdem ich anfangs etwas Probleme mit der Geschwindigkeit hatte, empfand ich das Tempo, nach wenigen Wiederholungen der Einheiten als sehr angenehm.

This type of yoga is new to me. I am being asked to do some movements I have done naturally, but not in an intentional/systematic way. My body loves it. I wish I could explain it better, but the movements seem so natural and what the body wants and needs. And the breathing exercises are calming, yet invigorating. The instructor is knowledgeable and understands there are beginners in his class and explains things well. I have only completed section 3 and have more to learn, and know I will do better with practice. I look forward to taking part in the rest of this course.

Je ne m’attendais pas du tout à ce type d’exercices. Beaucoup trop intrusifs avec les vomissements et des ficelles qui doivent passer du nez à la gorge par le larynx. J’espérais y trouver des mantras et des explications sur les énergies et les chakras. Ce cours ne me correspond pas

This is my first experience with Kundalini yoga. Happy to take the course learn about it. I required lot of concentration and patience for me to stick with the practice. Very interesting. I need to practice more often and take the class one more time for sure to understand the breathing technics. Thank you.
