I really enjoyed this course! I have wanted to experience kundalini yoga for some time now and this course was perfect. The kriyas were very different from the other styles of yoga I have done before and some were even quite challenging. Lisa's explanations are great, and I definitely have felt my energy and mind shifting into a really positive vibration again. I will keep coming back to this for sure!

i finished lesson 4 and never have felt so composed in my life ever (perhaps in childhood). My work seems to be getting easier and i find i am not mentally tired at the end of the day. I am staying calm from inside in situations where normally i would get tensed. This is a beautiful course and thanks to Lisa for creating this. Hope to make this part of my daily life.

Amazing. I would love it for the mantras if they were either spelled out or some how put on screen separately from the captions. The caption don't pick up nuances in sounds. I felt kinda silly since i wasn't 100% sure i was saying the right thing. Otherwise, an epic experience. thank you.

I have two children and I am trying to get back into a healthy rhythm. I have always loved yoga and have wanted to explore Kundalini since taking a class 15 years ago. This yoga practice is efficient to commune with the inner self. I've practiced for a year now. One to three times a week one of the classes or another (note them down on paper I don't like to watch a screen when practicing). I don't know for light depression and prosperity.

I'm struggling a lot with some poses and the strange, uncomfortable feeling arising. Sometimes it feels like a deeply rooted pain and I have to stop with the exercise. I think it's not for everyone...
