Meet Your Teacher

Laura Goellner is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 15 years of experience teaching yoga. She has a specialty in teaching yoga anatomy based on her training as an Occupational Therapist. Laura deepened her study of the body when she earned her license as a massage therapist with a specialty in the treatment of the Lymphatic System. These areas of specialty are united in the work that she does as a Yoga Therapist- the therapeutic application of yoga techniques and philosophy.

Good course, a lot of information about kundalini yoga that I didn't know. Maybe I would have preferred more practical lessons, hopefully in the 103 course which I still can't find here on udemy

Good course. I completed it and it says so but the top of the course it says I need to complete 1 more module and will not let me get my certificate. How do I get the certificate?

The instruction so far is very clear and organized. Completed course on 12/17. The full practice was amazing. I feel invigorated energetically and I feel a sense of clarity that I didn't have prior to the practice. I'm about to repeat the lessons as there was so much great information contained within.

Though the teacher is ok and I like the way she teaches there was something missing. Of course it was very short course. There where things I didn't like. Some arguments/claims roused several questions. Some I found somehow contradictory. I know that someone says Kapalabhati/Kapalbhati is same as Agni pran. Others thinks that it is same as Bhastrika. But if you study you'll understand they are three different pranayamas. I have also asked that in many occasions and i.g. my teacher who is also teaching kundalini yoga teachers (over 20 years and is familiar with other styles too) says that they are not same. But is there absolute truths in yoga? Anyway it disturbs me (I have over 30 years of yoga practice, many styles, RYT500, Yin, 50hr kundalini yoga YACPE, Ayurveda etc. studies. But I found kundalini yoga just 4 years ago)
