A very practical and complete course for Kundalini Reiki. Berardino is very helpful. The attunements were really strong. Prepare your body before you ask the attunements, eat clean. During the attunements period ground yourself every day in Nature! Walk, hug trees in order to balance your system and reduce any discomfort.

Wonderful and easily understood course. The method is simple, but the energy is very powerful. I am attuned to Usui Reiki ( Master ), Karuna Ki, and Quantum Reiki. While all are wonderful, Kindalini Reiki is the quickest to form and also the most powerful ( in my opinion ). The instructor is wonderful and cuts right to the chase. Attunements were very simple and convenient. I will be attuned to level 3 later today and I’ve already purchased the next class. Thank you, Mr. Nardella for this beautiful course!
