I'm sure that these exercises are good at building full body fitness efficiently, but the practicality of using the video to follow them, and then remember them, is not great. This would be good if put on an app with the timer and an animated video demonstration while doing the exercises.

Very good course that deserves a shoutout actually. It’s no nonsense to the point and it works great with a morning routine. I use it in the mornings and at the gym after my traditional cardio workout. Instead of paying every month an app you can buy this course once and use it for a long time to come. It is well designed to the point.

Don't know, if you're ripped after this course but 30 different 4 minute tabata sessions with an enthusiastic trainer, that's really worth a recommendation.

Tom is both knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts are easy enough to do in my room and short enough to fit into my busy schedule (I am a full time student who also works). Highly recommend.

I really benefited from this workout course and Thomas is an awesome instructor. He's built an amazing dojo and his experience really shows in each video. Five stars, all the way, not just because his instructions are clear and easy to follow, but his enthusiasm is infectious. His you-can-do-it attitude was encouraging and I felt like he always pushed me to do more. It's a tough workout no question -- I'm sore in places I never thought possible, and I sweat more in each lesson than I thought was ever possible in a 4 minute workout. But I feel so much better already. I can see it and feel it and it's so much fun! Seriously. If you're looking into learning Krav, I highly recommend it.

Loving it so far! The name of the course realy captures it in its entirety. The instructor Tom is RIGHT! Everyone has 4 minutes a day, but if your like me you need instruction and somone to keep you motivated. Toms knowledge and energy makes me feel prepared and pumped to get fit (Finally!).
