It really does help with peace of mind to have an empty in-box. I'm an admin who has used Lotus Notes for 20 years. While the course is not full of short-cut keys or tips/tricks, it does offer a way to approach e-mail in a big picture way, with automation a secondary component.

This course exceeds your expectations, is well thought out, and well executed. I'd recommend it to anyone who works in an office and uses Outlook emails as a primary tool for task tracking.

This course format is very pleasant and the instructor is not only knowledgeable, but also manages to keep your interest all the way through. The course is intensive and full of great content, presented in a way that made it clear, relevant and - most importantly – actionable. I highly recommend this course. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I purchased this course to be more effective managing daily activities. This course provides you with great information and how-to tips which will make you more effective in your daily professional life. I have implemented the demonstrated workflows and today I rely on Outlook to aid me in making decisions on emails I receive. Are the messages important or less important, can they wait or can I deal with them now because of the 2 minute rule. This course is packed with great information and I cannot make it justice in my review; you really have to check it out. The author of this course mentions other well-known people and their views on how to handle priorities, the difference, the course author will actually show you how to setup outlook to aid you. Well worth the investment.
