This course was fantastic. I took it to get some new ideas and inspirations and got more or both than I expected. Everything is delivered in a such a wonderful way from the super engaging yoga stories to meditation practices to the amazingly calming bedtime practices for anxiety. Lovely course. I would like it if there were the name of the poses (for adults- the real names) in the same paper as the poses for children that way I could learn both together. Had to do a little research in order to make ends meet.
