It was a great course to drive home the importance of KPIs, tying them into the organization's mission/vision/strategy/goals as well as great tips on how to present the information so it is visible and gets used. Worth my time.

I am pretty disappointed with this course due to the given reasons: 1. Not properly defined how to design KPI and its way of uses. 2. Its very boring. 3. The proper materials are not there. 4. No slides and no proper notes. I appreciate the experiences which is shared with us but its not effective for the KPI professionals.

Though I have used KPIs for many years, it was the refresher I needed to ensure I reconsider the style and reasons I started the KPIs currently in use. I realize that some of my KPIs aren't as important as when they were created. It was great to see all the different types of graphs and charts to revamp my presentations.

The trainer seems to have a forte in the subject and helps the trainees to get insight into the topic and solidify their fundamentals. I would suggest that the theory descriptions can be integrated with real case studies and helps to draw KRA and KPIs on the Excel sheet and fill it with real data. It would help people to fetch their inferences.
