Very generic course with only business jargons and not enough examples to grab the concepts. The communication was also not clear in many videos.

More and relevant examples would've helped and the Corporate Account Plan shared towards the end would've been better with one good account taken as an example.

The presentation was not very professional. I think the use of bullet point rather than the video will be better

It is a great course but his English is terrible and most times I do not understand what the guy is trying to say. Maybe get another person that speaks proper and clear English to redo this. I am finding it very difficult to understand what this guy is trying to say. Well done to him for trying though. I have to keep going back to try and figure out what is said. I am battling to get through this course to finish it, because I have to continuously pause and then go back to try and figure out what is said or at least trying to say. I try using the text part but it is also just as confusing.

At times, struggling to hear what he's saying. Clearly English is not his first language so hats off to him for doing this in the first place. It would make some parts probably clearer if English articulation is improved. Content wise I'm enjoying the course so far, I would however recommend to offer a variety of styles to present and maybe with one or more camera angles or different lecturers. Although it's a short course it lacks a bit of engagement.

Do not invest your time and money into this course. The structure, flow, grammar, and learnings cannot be applied to real business situations. Additionally, the course instructor is not competent in this area.

This course does not include real life problems. All this man talks about is customer dealings! need more of real life questions. Enough written content is available online free of cost. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY ON THIS ONE!

It a good course for beginners and a good refresher for experienced Sales people. The course explained key concept in key account management. I personally found the account planning aspect very useful.

So far I feel the lecture tells you what is expected from you, but does not show you how to do anything. For example we are told to make forecasts, but not shown how to make forecasts.

communication is not clear. Examples stated are too generic and each concept is not explained in detail

Unfortunately I didn't get much out of this because the instructor's thick accent is too difficult to understand.
