This kettlebell course is structured so that you can work on your progression day by day over 21 days, or you can choose to complete one after the after and see each day as a step towards your progression in kettlebell training.


Each unit has a video, in total there is over 200 minutes of video content that covers kettlebell training. Each day has 5 to 10 minutes of video which is followed by a text summary you can read, copy, and save for future reference by downloading it as a PDF. Most days will have a task/drill to perform or progression to work on over time.


This course has exam questions, whereas my other course 21-Days to Kettlebell Training for Beginners does not.


The course is designed to bring across all the knowledge you need to start your kettlebell training journey or learn how to train others.


After more than a decade of kettlebell training, I have been able to put together the progressions I use with my athletes, clients, and students. As someone with an injured lower back, any type of new training has to be approached, and taken, with the ultimate caution. As such, I always look for someone who not only knows what they're talking about, but has the credentials and experience to boot... Taco Fleur ticks all boxes. This course and exercises within are clearly explained, demonstrated, and drilled (exactly what I want), and the instructor goes through the points to watch, good v bad form, and the correct way to carry out the individual exercises/drills. At first, initial skepticism couldn't believe it was one exercise a day for 21-days, but after going through practically all the course (and with reference to above bad back), I still refer to each exercise prior to working out. I'll get there, in time (no point in rushing it), but this is the right course for any absolute newbie to kettlebell training, or even for those who want to improve on existing skills/unlearn bad habits. Great course and worth every cent.

Very good. Short of doing this in person, this was an ideal way to learn multiple KB techniques. I appreciated all the different angles and slow-mo videos. I feel like I learned a lot more than I thought I would have.

I like the detail. During a typical workout class, there is not enough time to talk about the why of all of the details, he uses this format to give a wealth of information of why each of the details are important

I really enjoyed, this course. I learn valuable information about the kettle bell the explanations was clear that instructor delivered with each exercise and its form in the clearest state possible. My expectation of this course was met. I have more knowledge now than I did before taking this course about the use of the kettle bell and I give much respect of its layout. Thank you. Everything was laid out and explained clearly. The video showed step-by-step the correct way and form on each exercise. It was broken down, so there is no misunderstanding of how to use the Kettlebell the correct way.

I am Certified Personal Trainer. I have experienced my kettlebell training through my Personal training sessions with my clients and all so taking part in the class room . I was employed by one the gyms in Leicester. I have lost my job last year. I wanted to fresh touch on my Kettlebell training . I have really enjoyed watching theses video's . The technique is really good.

The videos definitely provided a good foundation of the various kettlebell movements. I am not new to this but took away some inputs on techniques that I used to improve my form. Would be very useful if there was a slo-mo version of the techniques to really see some movements, e.g. the transition of the palm during the clean.
