Really enjoyed this course - worth the money paid - goes into great detail and I will probbaly be referring to these videos for as long as I am able to swing a kettlebell.

It was definitely a good match. Before I was just doing swings without even knowing which type of the exercise am I doing at the moment, which joints are in and why, not to mention that I was doing it wrong. With this course I got an extensive understanding of the move, its types, the load applied, the grip and the full dynamics of the movement. All materials are very easy and friendly filmed and written. Highly recommended for those who are practicing KBs in a gym or at home, as the swing is one of the major and complex moves with the bells.

The instruction is excellent. There is a perfectly detailed instruction provided on the proper technique as well as examples of what not to do. Tore attention to avoiding injury is excellent and very useful and appreciated!

Fantastic course, great content. Love the fact that you incorporate demonstrations of incorrect technique and then show how to correct it -really helpful in building understanding of technique and how to recognise technical errors

A fantastic course! I'm completely new to kettlebell training so I decided to do this course. I had heard about the benefits of kettlebell swings but I had no idea there were multiple variations of the swings. I like how the course starts with the squat swing. I'm used to squatting and this helped me get the feel of the kettlebell without introducing an unfamiliar movement pattern. This allowed me to get comfortable doing one-armed swings and even switching hands mid rep. I can really feel it in my core when I do it like this. I don't have the confidence to do one-armed swings during a hing swing yet but I'll build-up to it. This course isn't a follow-along workout. It's more of a how-to guide so that you can create your own kettlebell programs. There is a section on programming which is very useful. Once I understand the kettlebell a bit more and the effect it has on my body I will revisit this section. This is a course I will come back to a lot I fell. I have gone through it once but I will revisit each section as I grow in confidence. Right now, I'm working on my hip hinge and squat swing but will add the pendulum in shortly. If you are new to kettlebell swings, this course will teach you everything you need to know. I'm very happy I did this course before blindly swinging the kettlebell with no reasoning. I will be looking into other courses from this trainer.
