Great informative structure by identifying movements of the muscle and making audience aware what muscles are being contracted.

Excellent! The lessons & instructions were clear and concise; the workouts challenging yet fun, and the warm up & cool down routines were very helpful! Both the instructors are top notch & very professional, yet manage to impart a personal touch to the instructional videos (humour etc)! This was evident by both their focus on safety-first attitude as well as by their exercise selection itself -- which are not very technical/complicated (& thus can be performed safely even at home without any instructor/assistance) yet are challenging enough to give a good full-body workout. All in all, a very nice experience indeed!

This was an awesome course/workout. For a follow-along workout, this goes over and beyond what would ever be expected. Taco and Anna go through the painstaking effort to ensure that every nuance of the warm up, cool down, and workout itself is perfectly understood by the audience. They not only provide regressions (substitutions for those unable to do the exercise as is) but ALSO progressions, allowing for additional difficulty as required. Finally, not only do they tell you how to do the exercises, but they do them along with you. If you're struggling with that last few reps, you can be assured that they are too! Excellent workout and course.

I really enjoyed the workout and appreciated the option for the captions, since I needed a quiet option while my son napped in the next room. The technique videos were helpful, and I went through them a few days in advance to ensure that I was ready to get the workout done well. In fact the jerk movement has always been one I avoid because it intimidated me and I felt that my coordination was off. I watched the technique videos, practiced the movement and felt that I conquered the jerk! Also, having follow along workouts is always preferable for me because I like having the option to check in on my form as I get more fatigued. This is something i can come back to again and again!
