This course is very well laid out. I appreciate the details provided using the combination of video and article. It made the content easier to retain and practice. I think the articles will be a vital early on as I am in the beginner phase.

So far I am really enjoying this course. There’s lots of good content which I am finding very useful while completing the 21 day clean and jerk challenge. I am making good use of the stretching and flexibility video which I am incorporating into my own routine and feel better for it already. The material is well presented and organised in a logical manner which is great for progression. Taco goes into such a great level of detail to explain the concepts involved in Kettlebell sport but does so in a way which is easy to follow for the beginner. Thumbs ups all the way for this course??
