At the very beggining ant in the middle, I felt a little bit worried and lost with the roadmap up. But with a intense and deeper knowledge that was shared by the instructor I have found a new way to proceed and improve these skills and tools for the new steps and beyond. Some of the info provided was good, but I wanted to really get into the meat and potatoes of KAM. Some of the illustrations were extremely hard to read because the graph was too long. Was it worth the money for this course? nope. Can it be? most certainly with modifications.

The instructor speech patterns are a little difficult for me to follow. Since I am English speaking only, his lack of fluency makes it harder for me to stay engaged. I need someone who speaks (my language) a little faster. This is no fault of his...He at least speaks 2 langueages.

I enjoyed the course and got a lot of useful information for building and refining customer relationships. The clips at the end are a great idea, however, they deal more with selling and negotiating than KAM. Covering a bit more of selling and negotiating topics in the lectures would help to balance out the lectures and the quiz and clips. I will certainly use some of the knowledge from this course.

Im glad to learn about basics of kam program implementation. The information is useful. I didnt like the materials presentation, all in different colors and formats-look like random materials and not part of one course. The trainer is ok, understandable however more storytelling and practical, life wxamples would be super helpful

excellent, indeed putting it in simple and plain English so anyone can understand. This is not a deep dive as that would be heavy and complex, but outlines perfectly what KAM is about, pros and cons etc.
