It also aid as to figure out whet makes as happy or upset, its also help as to create connection with ourselves, which is equally important as creating connection with our families and our friends. If one is very observant you can see that looking back to your own journal how you were able to overcome your personal problems and you can track patterns, improvement and changes that have happen overtime.

When you look at your journal you will see how you gain the strength and the confidence to solve a particular challenges, and how you move forward with your own life with vigor and believe that you will succeed at any cost.
