Some of the details so far are different simply because I seem to be running a different version of Jira. Its been close enough that it has not mattered for me. I'm only part way through but have followed along easily.

Things I enjoyed: Very good course, it provides a good understanding of Jira as a whole. Best part for me was the related to the testing features, specially the Zephyr plugin, which is extensively explained. The tutor makes an effort using examples to make everything clearer. Also useful for QA newbies is the Section8 to Understand Test Case and the Agile Basics which are good to understand the whole flow of management/testing activities. Things I didn't enjoy much: 1. Noise in the background for some of the videos, notice this was in just a few videos, most of them have a good audio quality 2. It seems latest recorded videos are from 2021, so Jira UI has changed since then, but still, you can follow the indications and try to find them in a current version (2024 in my case) 3. 25% of the content is Legacy Content, with videos prepared on a much older version, almost 2 and a half hours, so actual "updated" course is about 6.5 hours long. But as a whole, course is very useful for QAs and Testers, because it provides a complete overview of testing processes and how to implement them using Jira.

This course doesn't give any insights or best practice on how to manage a team projects ask etc. Its focus only on QA uses

There are some redundancy in between section 5,6 and section 10. If overlapping reduced, sections could be shorter.

over all information is good but last 8 videos were repeated videos(same concept is repeated with other faculty and the tool looks very different from the tool which shown in 1-25 videos.

This course is outdated, there is a newer version of JIRA already. Though there are basic principles shared with it for it deals with the same program, you unlikely benefit much from this course unless you are a fresher. I'd still try to find an up to date course. Regards.
