I feel like I am jumping into the middle of a lecture. There wasn't much setup. I am not using Bracket.io so it appears I have to put more code on a page than the host. I typed what he had and it doesn't recognize JSON so I believe there is more someone has to do to use JSON in an html page, but that isn't covered. It's ok, I figure it out but still it would be nice to have all the steps and all the code with basic editors so that a person learns every facet of what is involved in developing in HTML, JavaScript, JSON and AJAX.

Great course covering how JavaScript and AJAX relate in viewing data. Could have been more modern using ES6 based JavaScript and the sound quality sometimes cut out, which was distracting. On the whole a comprehensive explanation :-).

Course is well presented, only it would be better if the instructed started with an explanation of the format of the JSON data. This is a great instructor, would prefer just more detail and exercises for Json syntax itself, nevertheless, wonderful presentation, well done.

It is a good course, but I was a bit out of context. The course is not for a beginner level of javascript or programming in general for that matter. But only for a beginnerlevel of JSON. On the other hand when finishing the course there was quite some valuable information in the course so complements for that.

Go intro to Javascript/JSON/AJAX. It was a lot better than the continuing education course that I have taken on the subject of AJAX in the community college and a lot better price wise.

TL;DR - what was included was very well done, but I was hoping for a bit more. Longer version: The course did a great job of explaining the material and slowly expanding the complexity, adding a bit more in each chapter that dovetailed well with what was before it. The instructor presented the material clearly and provided some good resources that will help with future projects. I've been struggling with JSON in JavaScript and this helped shore up some pieces that were giving me problems. I had hoped the course also covered JSONP. (JSONP enables cross-domain requests with JSON APIs.) Theoretically it's not much more than a JSON call with an extra parameter or two, but getting a good walkthrough of that would have really helped.

It's a great course that I learned so far. I like this teach's way to teach a beginner who is starting in Javascript. It make me understanding a hard part of JavaScript and now I'm really what should I be coding and finding a solution when I use JavaScript. Appreciated it that he is a great teacher.
