I liked the questions very much - those aren't of the typical variety and actually make you think. They're aimed at solving the task as opposed to developing a surface, mechanical understanding. My only desire is for the answers to be presented in more detail, since I suppose that some of the attendants might not be familiar with the excellent accompanying course on multithreading. I'd like to thank the author for his amazing, comprehensive work.

There are many program mistakes and provided correct answers would actually not work. Just an example the following program code would cause a compilation error, while in one case it was suggested that it was a correct implementation : "public synchronized void waitUntilStarted() { semaphore.acquire(); }"

The questions very tricky to solve. One should know the concepts very well otherwise he/she will fail. This course helps me to recollect what I learned from your other course "Java Multithreading, Concurrency & Performance Optimization".

I appreciate these practice exams. The questions test fundamentals and get progressively more challenging with detailed code examples. The explanations are very helpful. In my experience multithreading/concurrency questions are not always obvious in interviews and knowing when to apply this stuff can be critical. Wish I learned this earlier! Now I am taking these tests to stay a good engineer :) Thanks Michael
