Good course, good explanation. However, it was sometimes difficult and boring to follow the teacher because there is no emotions in her voice. From time to time I had the impression she was reading already prepared text.

Overall the content was quite good, however I would expect better presentation layer on Udemy. This is rather YouTube style.

I never really understood Generics and now I have a good basic idea of the main concepts. I liked also the understanding of how the compiler handles generics. Sometimes it hard to understand the English though.

Wild Cards generics can be better explained. Overall informative but it seems like more maturity and cleaner way to expression is needed. Thank You for the course though.

I have done a lot of courses here on Udemy but this is the first time that I have to say: >>> I don't like this course and I do not suggest you to buy it. <<< The problem with this course is that the teacher is not good to explain what she is doing and why. I got better answer on what she was doing googling or YouTube videos (for example on Lower/Upper Bounded Wildcards Section and on Type Erasure), but if I pay a service for a course and the teacher does something pratically, she should be able to explain what she is doing better than this... (my opinion..)

I took the course to brush up my knowledge about generics. In my opinion, this course needs a massive rebuild, and the instructor should expose the subject in a more practical way. The examples are simple enough to get to the point, but are forming just a thin support for the explanations, which in great part are part of documentation. I hope that a possible future approach will consider more practical ways about how generics are making coding easier and cleaner, definitely a more constructive way for learning.

Generally a very good course. There is an error in one of the quizzes that I have specified in a comment, I believe it was quiz 3. I found it a bit hard to understands upper and lower bounded wildcards, so I had to get back a few times. Also I could not understand what to do on the 1st coding exercise. A more specific explanation would be good. All in all now I have much better understanding of generics.

Although the course is very informative, the instructor tends to speed up her teaching a bit at places which makes the student to go back and fro in the videos a many times! Still a good one!

The course is very nice. Generics was always a confusing topic to me. But after taking this course, now i don't get scared when i see snippets having generic syntax. I got to understand how and where we can have generics. What are wildcards. Thank you for this course. Would suggest anyone looking to dive deep in Java land.
