I’ve read many YouTube videos for cake baking for learning the skill. However, none of them is as details as this one. It’s easy to follow steps by steps and the skill is also explained well. Recommend.

Very detailed. I have hundreds of baking cookbooks but no one ever explain in such detail such as different temperature & speeds when beating egg or heavy whipped cream, as well as certain textures & shine..etc.

Hola, me encanto la clase de preparar el bizcocho japonés, está bastante detallado la clase, en mi opinión creo que hubo bastantes partes donde no comprendí algunos pasos como el: La temperatura del batido del huevo tiene que permanecer para una buena consistencia de burbujas grandes a 25°c, pero no comprendí si el huevo se bate caliente cuando se retira del agua caliente después de mezclar el huevo y azúcar, o se calienta solo en el transcurso de estar batiendo a la velocidad más alta con el batidor de mano. La otra es: Cuánto tiempo se deja precalentando la estufa (la mía es de gas) para después colocar el molde para hornear pastel. Gracias por tu clase IndyAssa Japan.

After having followed Indy assa on instagram for a while and having enjoyed some of her baking tips. I decided to purchase her video on baking a strawberry short cake and I highly recommend this video. The instruction and attention to detail was top notch as well as the production value. I'm a big fan of Japanese sweets since I've visited Japan, so I want to bake it by myself! It's easy to follow, well explained! I've learned a lot especially the tempature is really important to make perfect cake batter. Highly recommend!
