The volume levels and screen views are considerably different from video-to-video. Additionally, i got the impression each video may not have been scripted, or planned, as there were a lot of "Umm...'s" and miscues on which account was being referenced. In other words, there was a lot of screen-jumping. That being said, the material covered was concise and clearly covered. I will definitely use it to refer back to.

the user creation demonstration video lacks a lot of perfection: 1.the image of the creation is of poor quality 2. The approach is not educational: for the creation of a user, it will be necessary to have approached the various types of user accounts, the privileges administrators etc.

The instructor isn't clear on the structure of the course. They are running the training as if someone were in a classroom being taught. To many err and um's

I did like learning how to import multiple users. Modules 7 and 11 are identical. I assumed this course would be geared toward administrators. Instead, it assumes everything is already configured and is geared toward novice users with no experience. It is largely glorified definitions of groups and users. It did not cover any topics such as administering mailboxes, transport rules, delivery reports, etc. All the things I have been doing on-prem for years but now need to know how to do in O365.

The description said hands-on training, wasn't much hands on with this one. Goes through the different things you can do with the 365 admin tool but I don't think it was worth the $20 that I spent on the course.

I enjoyed Duale's course and find it gives a very good picture of what kind of work an IT support engineer will undertake. I also found him to be very clear and to the point.
