it's really not a question and answer series, but rather a normal course. There is no multiple choice, which would have made it possible to measure this real knowledge There is no real situation, for example: I cannot access Outlook, why? 1) I don't have an exchange license 2) I don't have an exchange mailbox 3) my Microsoft office365 account is blocked
