IT department from scratch

Hello everyone,

Before some time, someone said that if you want to learn something, teach it.
I will be happy to share with you my IT experience and build IT department from scratch with you.

The main idea of the course is to share my knowledge with building IT department from scratch.
Sharing some information on what procedures, policies and structures might be needed for building the department.
I had the opportunity to work with great managers who showed me and mentored me how the IT department must be built and what are the minimum requirements.
This course is the first course from my list with which I'd like to share my IT experience.

IT team is needed everywhere when the digital assets and digital hardware is involved.
We have to be sure that everything is working correctly and will provide benefits to the business.
