The SAM sections touched mostly on items that were on the surface. It did not go in-depth through elaboration and presentation with examples such as how to interpret and set up licensing, discover usage, determine compliance, and so forth. The discussion of Enterprise Risk Management (Section 12) was more comprehensive through the items discussed and by giving examples of the various nuances of risk management.

Could be more detailed. SAM was mostly read out and not comprehensive. Need to add more about Licenses used in industries and hos it is calculated. Tool Specific knowledge was also missing

IT does not tell the best practice of SAM at all, just related knowledge. May be it is a good start for a very beginner but disappointment for someone who are looking for practical knowledge. Besides, chapters are divided too much and get tired of keep listing to the same opening music and opening statement each time.

I feel the videos could be longer or combined with other video. The shortness of the videos are distracting and makes it feel like I am missing something. Also the mispronunciation of words by the instructor requires to listen again to double check what I was hearing and process what he meant.

An okay approach to the framework but it has a lot of fluff, filler content in relation to the actual infor. A minute video about a concept may be 30s of intro, greetings and outro and just reading out the definition to the concept from a dictionary. Great for someone totally out of IT field, but not too informative for someone looking to move from basics to advanced on the topic.

I do not know who the target audience for this course is. Many modules do not define key terms being introduced, implying that some knowledge is needed. Yet, the examples do not go deep enough to educate those with more experience.

It lacks depth, when providing example, does not explain the nature of examples. Terms are very generic, it does not describe what is the difference with IaaS, Paas, and SaaS. Will not buy this course provided by this provider. It just a lot of talkies, without any meat.
