I felt that this course was basically just reading the ISO 27001 to me. I thought it could have felt a little more entertaining to keep me engaged. Maybe a better presentation rather than just words

A nice audio book read-through of ISO documents, and the narrator adds some useful asides/real-world examples. Quizes stop halfway through the lectures, and some of the recordings are cut roughly.

Far too basic for my experience level, but verifies what I figured I needed to know about ISO 27001 controls. It should be updated since 27001:2022 was released that cuts down 114 controls to ~93.

I could have read this myself. It would have been nice to offer some tools, such as an excel workbook that would have all the controls and points listed. The purpose of the excel workbook would be to help define what is required is required by the organization.

The transcripts seemed like they were done with a speech-to-text app and based on a recording of Dr Massoud. An example is in the part on physical security controls. The transcript sometimes contains the word "parameter" where perimeter was meant. She probably read from a prepared script, and this script should have been used for the transcript.

the moderator is not able to clearly articulate her words. It sounds like a lazy reading and makes it diff to follow. she needs to be loud clear and crisp and not talk to herself

The factual information was there although both the editing of the videos themselves along with the course overall could use some fine polishing, in the sense that the speaker sometimes cut in and out, stopped and started in parts that could've been redone/edited out, overall good but could've been more polished or professional.

Course content is good and the introduction to the Annex A was the reason why I choose this course as the existing ISO/IEC 27001:2013 doesn't speak much about in detail as by experience or through expert advice, we could get the details. So far, so good is what I could see. Few suggestions provided in Q&A Sections, kindly check and address the same.

There is no content in slide set 30 - section on Incident Managent - so after hours of watching, I am unable to obtain a certificate for the course, as that section is blank hence cannot be completed :(
