Identifying and highlighting the course contents and the benefits; explaining the differences between ISO 22000 - 2018 and ISO 22000 - 2005 was avery bright idea as it certainly was the need of the hour to clarify. Going elaborate on Management involvement nd their role and responsibilities in FSMS, was an eye opener. Well defined and structured sequentially.

The course is informative, but you still need to purchase a copy of the ISO 22000:2018 standards. Also the lecturer is very helpful, but I needed to read the material on my own rather than listen to the actual lecture.

The course is totally different of what I am expected. I am looking for on 'Safety Food and Handling Managerial Course for Certification" For Health Dept. requirement. More on proper food and handling , food temperature , cleanliness etc.

It is difficult to understand the lecturer and the pace is rather slow and monotone. I can read the lecture 6 times before the slide has been completed by the presenter.

This course delivers a lot of knowledge, but it is sometimes hard to follow. The videos are cut off at the end, could be a bit better maintained in my opinion. Also more visual summaries or pictures would be helpful.

The course covered all of the essential aspects of ISO22000:2018 but could have been improved with more examples for applicability. The facilitator mostly read slides, and the presentation style was not engaging. The resources provided were adequate, but I could not make notes or highlight the PDFs, which was unfortunate.

Does not match with transcripts, probably due to auto transcription. Examples and clarity very poor. The trainee can read the standard instead. The 75% discount is not enough. The money should be returned.
