Ann is a great instructor! Her style is conversational and free of hype. Ann's examples are clear and thorough, and as with the 'post-its in a bag' concept example, are no more complicated than necessary to drive home the point. In addition to the hands-on material, I learned a few keyboard shortcuts (always handy) along with some real world tips for setting up a working process with a new team. Very useful and short and clear lessons. Easy to digest. To the point and I think the lessons had been created with lean principles. Both beginners and experienced would benefit. Only recommendation would be if audio was bit low through out and in one or two lessons lower but that does not impact the out come. Excellent course, Thanks Ann!!

We received lots of information about the topic, detailed and we have some challenges too. Though the course needs some small updates, the latest version of Jira is a bit different.

I have exposure to scrum earlier but would like to revise the concept. Its really a good course. I had few questions and it was clarified by Ann very quickly. I will be waiting for advanced scrum master course (confluence integration with jira, what tools can be used for retrospective and sprint planning remote, reporting and so on..)
