For one, her voice is so calming so it eliminates the anxiety normally present with learning something completely new. Her instruction is also clear and concise (similar to technical writing I suppose) so it is easy to grasp the concepts illustrated. Great work!!

great course. gave an amazing introduction to what technical writing is and what to look for in this field. my only issue is in 'Part 19: Further Tips & Tricks'. this part seems to be more like a revision video than a tips and tricks video as most of the points covered are based on information given in prior videos. i haven't gone through the resource materials yet. other than that, the course has taught me knowledge i did not know prior.

This course is just what I needed. I've begun to write a lot of documentation as a senior engineer and found my process to be inefficient and inconsistent. This has been a great starting point to learn the process of good technical writing for me. The course is easy to follow and packed with useful and actionable information. I wanted more content and exercises. I wanted to have some type of accountability. There was nothing like that here. No testing, no work assignments to turn in, etc. Very disappointing. I took this class as a refresher, I wish it would have been more of a refresher. I do like the instructor, she speaks clearly but to slow for me.

This is simply too much talking for something like that. Too much inflated and super complex-sounding words for the most basic concepts, hardly any practical use whatsoever. The whole course is not more that 3-4 pages standard reading text that is probably in the first page of Wikipedia. Last but not least, instructor has either a lisp or accent thing that makes understanding difficult. Would not recommend this course to a 5 y.o.
