Fantastic intro to Spring Boot framework. Not too deep in the weeds and covers a wide range of topics, just as promised. Was able to follow along even with Spring 3/Java 17. Ending the course with my own working Spring application that I can continue to build on now that I have a basic understanding is very valuable. I'm transitioning from data engineer to software engineer with a lot of python experience but no java. My new job is building Spring applications and it's very hard to understand what all the annotations and concepts mean without jumping in and building things. Now I have a sandbox to play in when I want to try things out. So thanks, Guru!!!

Demo uses an editor that requires a license. Demo explains the obvious. The tutorials at https://spring.io/guides/ are all free and more useful than this guys rambling.

I cannot continue only because I have no idea what database my future workplace requires, and due to lack of space, I do not wish to install redundant database programs. The training is straightforward with a good balance of explanations and practice opportunities. If you need a crash course in springboot. I cannot recommend any other person.

I like his teaching style, pace, and explanations. I'm able to look up anything that I'm unfamiliar with because he at least mentions what it is, but overall he does a pretty good job of covering what needs to be known to create a working project.
