The troubleshooting tips would have been much better if there were practical examples being shown, especially with regards to call quality issues, a show and tell of packets on a pcap would have been the best.

This was the best course I've taken on Udemy so far. I found it to be clear to understand and appreciated the Instructor using real-life examples and not just reading off of cue-cards. An entire section devoted to troubleshooting was a plus. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting started with SIP.

Course content was OK, though the disparaging comments regarding a service provider in the war stories weren't very professional. Worse was that video wasn't displayed on approximately half of the sections.

The course is really good. Chris explained very well how phone calls are made using SIP. The section on signaling and messages was very informative. I now have a better understanding of the technology.

Great Course For Overall Coverage of Telecoms. Really enjoyed every bit of it, especially the War Stories. This course is a Must for every IT Manager, Network Administrator, or any IT Guy in South Africa, as IT Manager's in South Africa usually manage everything. Well Done, and Looking Forward to your other courses.
