The Introduction to HR Concepts course is a fundamental course that covers the basic concepts of human resource management. This is a great course! I am an undergraduate business administration major. However, taking an HR course in college does not fulfill my learning desire about HR, especially in the basic/introduction session. This course recaps the material I studied in college and also gives me more specific documents, material, great recaps at the end of subtopics, and telling the teacher's experiences to help the student better understand the topics.
