The teacher might be a well prepared judge (it does show in the final session of the course) and a beer lover yet, even though the course is informative, it also lacks deeper knowledge of the importance of fermentation. It also has a too strong focus on recent beers (American, Italian...) and almost ignores German beers and does no reference to other excellent world producers either. The way the course is conducted, with basically only readings of a simple text, limited pictures, no videos, ...is rather boring.

Nice and informative course. My only comment is I would like to see videos of some of the processes and some comparisons of the beer in appearance.

This introductory level is perfect to refresh some info about beer brewing and how beer is created before moving on to something more specific and technical. I enjoyed the bullet points and the simplicity.

It's indeed an introduction, but very informative. Content is concise and didactical. Audio was okay for me, when using earphones. I would definitely recommend this course.
