The videos were excellent and I would give them a 5/5. However, many of the quiz questions are incorrectly worded. For example, when asked True/False on whether a patient "must" give their blood after a finger stick injury has occurred to the phlebotomist, the answer ends up being true when in actuality it should be false because you cannot force a patient to give blood. The patient "must" not give blood, but it would be greatly appreciated if they did. Another question asks if the arteries are "lower" than the veins. It should not ask this. It should ask whether the arteries are deeper than the veins. In addition, some questions are worded in a way that they would be easy to answer if you had just seen the video, but are too vague when on the test. For example, there is a question about how to cover a wound, but doesn't specify this wound occurred due to a finger stick injury. Some questions were just plain bad. A question asked what the 4th item in a list that shows different scenarios on when to wash your hands was. Instead, the question should make sure you know when to wash your hands. The questions really brought down my score of the course. Again, the videos were excellent. Whoever is making the questions should use the video instructors' wording.
