Look out! It's a fast (lol) talking sequence! Lots of great info, details, explanations, examples, reviews of concerns, chat about research, some history of fasting safety, numerous schedules. It even talks about combining keto, exercise and your life schedule to make the most of your fast. Chock FULL of info. But, keep your pause finger available. He's a fast talker. This is very professionally done, well-spoken and he knows his topic well! One of my most helpful free classes I've done in a long time. Enjoy!
