I liked the course, but it seemed to spend a lot of time on why this is good, and very little time, in comparison, on the physiology to prove this. Of course a negative caloric balance will lead to weight loss, pretty simple. If that is all there is, then just say, eat less than you burn. If you are fat, you eat too much, so eat less! So there you have it, the summary of the course. Eat less! The rest of the lectures could have been used to educate people on what happens when you over eat, the whole glycemic thing, etc. For me, it was just a lot of time to spend on a very simple concept, just like my review.

I'm excited ! I dropped a lot from my diet but have not seen results that I wished would have followed. I'll be challenged but motivated to drop my sugars to find rewards that sound like my results will clearly be visible.

Instead of making the course too verbose by adding fillers, the instructor has made the course short and impactful. I am yet to begin practicing, but I believe Jack has a good theoretical background and has clearly practiced the principles he preaches.

I love the Udemy courses, but I rarely watch one to the end. But this course I watched straight through! Excellent information about intermittent fasting and very well delivered. Jack definitely comes across as someone who knows his stuff! Plus, he is passionate about getting and staying healthy and it really shows in his delivery. I already follow a mostly paleo diet and found that what Jack said is true - I often skip meals already. Now, I'm going to adopt a more formal intermittent fasting protocol based on the info he has shared! Cannot wait to see the results! Thank you!
