The video was very informative and kept my interest. I learned that I need to re-evaluate what I am allowing to stress me out and take control over worthy vs. non-worthy stress.

Surprisingly good, although I will admit I had low expectation, so may not be for everybody. I think this course would be more aimed towards women than men with some of the recommendations. I love the presentation of the instructor. She was really great in instructing the course with a smooth and therapeutic calming voice that really helps me relax while going through, which is stress relief in that.
