  • Great Material - This course is a great reference and way to refresh your skills for the new Net+ exam! I needed a good refresh before taking the exam and this course is clearly laid out and copiously covers the material for the exam. Great course, well worth the money! -- M.B.
  • Perfect Course - Not only do you get great lectures that are pretty much PowerPoints with an instructor teaching you the concepts, there are also Demo lectures that show you how each of the concepts works in real life. This is such valuable information to have when taking the test. I feel very confident that this course is the best course on Udemy. -- D.R. Jr.
  • A Complete Jumpstart - What has impressed me the most is the depth of the content to this coarse. Each HD video is crystal clear in both the visual and audio, even including quality closed captioning (great for reading along with the lectures). I wasn't interested in the flashcards or the crossword puzzles when I started the program, but I've found them to be very useful in staying engaged in the class when away from home. This is everything you need to get started and have a classroom quality experience from home. Dive in and stay focused! -- P.C.

Instructors appeared to be reading straight from a script and lacking an expert knowledge you would expect from an instructor. Some of the quizes have poor phrasing leading to incorrect answers being designated as correct. Targeted more towards beginners entering IT rather than someone preparing for certification, very much an overview and not much depth.

Good and very in depth, but need more hands on knowledge in practice for the student to follow along in such as tech net. a few of the exams questions did not follow the lecture.

Not bad, but I think it comes across that the two leading the course aren't actually Microsoft experts, and are just some voice actors reading some slides / lines. All the labs / examples are done by someone else.

Poor video performance using Chrome on Win 10 Pro. My many other udemy courses play smoothly with no issues. Performance improved some when using MS Edge. Course information is good, delivery is so-so... great if you enjoy William Shatner impersonations.

No demonstrations. There's so much dry talking that I've been unable to stay interested in "watching" them talk about servers.

I Liked it but the person that did the demonstration was sleepy all the time and made some silly mistakes entering commands and email addresses that a Microsoft expert should do better or at least create the video again. In general, the course is really simple and very easy to understand.

Some of the content that I already know a little about is being clarified and some content that is new to me is being presented in a clear manner that is easy to follow.

This seems geared to complete neophytes in presentation. So far I'm ok that I only paid $15 for it as I did learn one new thing in the first 4 videos. I'm coming from administering MANY server 2008 r2 servers and I'm basically looking for "what's changed, what's new, what's gone, how do you do "x" now". That is the reason I choose to gamble on this course. The Josh guy, conveying most of the information seems to be a paid actor, reading without any actual knowledge, and I'm finding him very irritating as the course proceeds, but again, for $15 I hope to learn some of what I listed above, and then go read up on specifics the old fashioned way in this gigantic books. Hooray! :) Josh, is unbearable. His inflection in sentences shows me clearly he 's a actor who knows nothing but the script. The guy doing the actual demonstrations (not Josh), seems knowledgeable. I found myself skipping ahead to those sections. I've changed my rating to below average simply because of my complete disdain for paying an actor to convey information. Overall content for this kind of course is there, but how it's conveyed is just unforgivably poor. I've completed the first section and don't think I'll bother finishing this course or take any other courses I see Josh in the previews for.

Some of the labs did not work. However, the speakers were easy to understand even when speeding up the the video's. Thank you

The content for this training is excellent with clear screen shots and detailed explanation of every Windows 2012 Server capabilities. One thing I particularly liked is the PowerShell based commands which I was not aware of in the past. If you want to be a master of Server administration, this is the course to take!!!

To much jabbering. To much use of the word "GREAT". I just wanted a technical teaching, no advertisment how great something is. This one sucks. I fell like i want my money back.
