good class but there is no practical video links here.As a beginner we need some practical video or demo ticket raising video should be available.If that is available here it will be a awesome class.

I had an interview for my first IT Help Desk Job and I decided to take this course to sharpen my skills. It was money well spent. This guy is straight to the point almost like having a good friend with experience in the industry guide you about the best way to approach the a career in IT. I bought the course because I thought it would describe more of what type of troubleshooting would be done on a help Desk. It was more of an overview of ITIL and I have worked on several Support Desk and they barely use this platform, but it is always good to know. Other wise if I were a beginner in this field this video has excellent information
