In this course, you will learn how to heal your inner child. In the first section, I will talk about what the inner child is. Getting out of your head and into your body
Remember a time when you felt triggered and connect to how you feel
Find somewhere where you feel safe and can let go
Pay attention to where there is tension in your body
Laying down might make it easier for you to connect to it
Look at pictures from when you were a child

Part Four - What to do when you do connect to this part of you
Be there for this part of you, as you would be there for a small child
Listen to what it has to say without judgement
Allow yourself to feel your inner child’s sensations, feelings and words
This can be a time when you have the need to cry
Writing with your opposite hand may allow this part of you to express itself
Different people and even pets from your childhood can appear during this time

A few things that you can do to heal your inner child

In the beginning you may find that it is hard for you to be present.
This is something that you can acknowledge without putting yourself down
If this continually happens, you may need to reach out for external support
With external support, you will be able to go where you wouldn't go by yourself
Part Nine - Having the right mindset
There are likely to be layers and layers of pain inside you
There can be times when you feel worse, not better
It is important for you to remember why you are doing this
Having a journal will allow you to see that you are making progress

Inner child work can radically transform your life

it was ok. I think there could have been more "meat" to the session. There were some good resources, but otherwise, it was fine
So far he seems to know what he's talking about. in the future, only people that experience issues should be able to be an instructor . I love everything he said so far and even learn a few things. like the fact, there is more than one inner child.
