In terms of the video tutorials, I'm disappointed unfortunately. So far there haven't been any diagrams, presentations or demonstrations, it's just Karen sat reading information to the camera in an uninviting setting, not really engaging or professional looking, to be honest. She does have a nice way of speaking, and the descriptions she gives are ok, she repeatedly refers to the course materials which is fine - but larger versions of relevant pages could be used as presentation tools as she speaks so it would be less disjointed. It doesn't seem like she is someone who delivers Indian head massage herself so it doesn't feel like authentic teaching so far. I may be wrong, but that's my first impression, which I feel bad writing as she seems like a lovely person.

I think this type of material, including the reflexology course and the hand reflexology course, requires visual instruction as well as written information. The videos are very general and not very helpful.

I am questioning the credibility of this training. It would be of great value to visually show how to use each technique tep-by-step in the module and in a diagram.

Very informative and nice. Teaching you the bases and the technique of Head massage. I am a Reiki master and I took this course to be able to incorporate it to my practice. It made me feel confident to end my session with a nice Indian head massage. thank you

You can learn more from watching a youtube video. Very little useful information. It appears the instructor gained this knowledge from a 5 minute google search - she does not appear qualified to teach this material. Save your money
