Layli goes well beyond other instructors in understanding highly diverse teams and how to get the best from all members. This obviously comes from her more than twenty years as CEO of a very diverse organizations and leadership team. She also includes a lot of research on diversity and inclusion that I was not aware of (and I am also an instructor of a facilitation course.) She has again done a great job.
