I believe this course is meant to get you started with as it gives you a good foundation of optimization Techniques. Many exercises on YOU-TUBE you can find but you must have a solid foundation; this course provides you with that. Everything in here is applicable and useful. As a recent graduate student in OR, I think this is a very good course for brief exposure to operational research and introduction to the type of mathematical modelling in this field. The instructor also covers the type of solvers that exists. I came here mainly to learn more on the solvers within a short time period before working on my projects and I personally think this course helps me tremendously.

This course is awesome, the way he teaches and represents things is really easy to understand and visualize. My note on this course is that your guys should use a notebook to note down briefly the built-in functions syntax and uses, that gonna speed up the learning curve a lot. If looking for an Engineering project then this is the right course.

This course was very useful and engaging. The videos are short but packed with information. To everyone taking this course, I recommend doing the Practice Problems at the end of each chapter, and not just passively watching the videos. After you finish this course you should identify suitable project in your area and replicate the content studies for identified problem.
