Immigration Solutions: Conditional Residence

This course is intended to provide an overview of how to navigate the process of removing conditional residence if you are a green card holder. Persons with conditional residence will have a temporary green card for two years and must file to remove that conditional residence. This course will provide you with the options available to you to remove those conditions and the steps you may take to waive the joint filing or if you are in removal proceedings while a conditional resident.

By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of the eligibility requirements to remove your conditional residence. 

This course is broken down into seven (7) sections with eighteen (18) short videos. Each video contains information and guidance on navigating the process of removing conditional residence.
