Good course, practical and useful information. One thing that I would change though is the style of the icons. In my opinion, the style is quite outdated. Other than that, great!

Great course for someone who already knows a bit of basics for design and Adobe XD. You really don't have to know a lot, but because the course is quick and short, knowing a bit beforehand would probably be helpful. Tons of great tips and ideas on how to make icons that are appropriate, scalable, and consistent. The instructor was easy to listen to and follow, and clearly knowledgeable. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning the basics of icon design. The only reason for 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that it would have been nice to have more prescriptive practice built-in. But all-in-all, great course. I definitely learned a lot!

Good intro to icon design, I just wish color theory was talked about a bit so the student can learn how to appropriately pick colors for their icon design and I also would have appreciated a little bit more icon designs. Other than that I'm satisfied.

I think so far the course has provided some good tips, especially for people who know nothing about icons. I played around with Adobe XD before, but I don't have any design experience so it's nice to learn how to use the software from a pro!

Everything is well explained. Each video is just long enough to teach the material without over informing, or making it overwhelming for a beginner. Caleb also explains things very clearly and in a simple manner. It's easy to follow along and understand what he's talking about.

Wow! For a program that isn’t made specifically for Icon Design, Caleb sure makes it look easy to design icons in Adobe XD. I also loved the earlier more fundamental chapters talking about icon design best practices and how they’re used in programs, for websites, etc. I’ve used adobe Illustrator a bit more than XD, but the tools feel very familiar so it’s nice to have that comfort switching between the two. Thanks for an excellent course, and I look forward to checking out some of your others :D
